Due to the boutique and exclusive nature of our brand, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons of general dissatisfaction. We will definitely replace any defective/incorrect items immediately or refund your original purchase price. Please send a detailed email within four days of delivery to josephine@josephinecosmetics.com. No returns or refunds will be granted following the four days after delivery.
