Shipping Policy

Joséphine Cosmetics Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

Orders will ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania within 3-5 business days, providing time for your products to be glam-packed. Allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal shipping time to your destination within the USA. All orders will include a $10 flat rate shipping fee within the US. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Joséphine Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or delays incurred due to incorrect/unconfirmed addresses. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  Please note that all shipping services is nonrefundable.

Due to the large volume of orders during the holiday seasons, please allow up to 10 days for processing and updated tracking.

Please note: We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the shipping times as it takes 3-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees.  If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS ( 1800-ASK-USPS).   All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not receive your order, please contact USPS ( 1800-ASK-USPS) in order to investigate this issue.  We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.


International Orders

We now ship to most countries worldwide! 

The cost of your shipment will be calculated at checkout. Products will ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania within 3-5 business days, but delivery times will vary based on your shipping method selected.

International customers, please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.  Joséphine Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or delays incurred due to incorrect/unconfirmed addresses.
